Gianluca Roscioli is the co-founder and CEO of RazorSharp.
He is a PhD student in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at MIT, and an expert in the design and fabrication of setups for in-situ scanning electron microscopy experiments.
Gianluca has an entrepreneurial passion. Since he discovered why current razors get dull, he has been determined to develop his new technology to manufacture products that could last longer.
Resourceful and determined, he picked up an old, dismissed rolling mill from the trash and transformed it into the current prototype. Of course, this would have not been possible without the funding received from the MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund Program.
